Food Truck Experience
You pre-select 2-3 entrees, 2-3 sides and dessert for your gathering. We’ll prepare the food and we’ll bring out our food truck to your establishment and serve your pre-selected items to your guest

General Catering Guidelines
General Information
Enclosed for your consideration are suggested menu selections. We welcome the opportunity to create menus and themes specific to your event.
Prices
As the market price for food products fluctuate, our prices are subject to change without notice. We recommend you confirm all costs with our Sales Team prior to your function.
Minimum Equipment Rentals
Silverware/Cutlery: 50 persons minimum (spoons, forks, knives, soup spoons, salad forks, dessert spoons)
Wine or Water Glasses: 50 persons minimum
10.5-inch Dinner/Lunch Plates: 50 persons minimum
7-inch Dessert Plates: 50 persons minimum
Soup Bowls: 50 persons minimum
Linen Napkins: 50 persons minimum
Table Linens: available in round or rectangle (we will need the table measurements in advance)
Chafers: Round and Rectangle
Serving Utensils are available stainless or disposable only
Reserving and Cancelations
Please reserve your event with at least 20 days in advance to ensure availability of menu items, staffing, and quality of service. Should you need to cancel for any reason within 10 days of the event your deposit will be forfeited.
Minimum Orders
30-person minimum OR
$600.00 minimum charge unless otherwise indicated
Delivery
A delivery charge will be applied to all events and included in final proposal. Labor costs may also increase with increased travel time.
Delivery within 15 miles of 27609 $25.00
Delivery outside 25-mile radius of 27609 $40.00
Outside the 40-mile radius of 27609 $4.00 per mile
Confirmation & Payments
All reservations will be finalized with a signed confirmation agreement detailing the services the customer has requested to ensure quality of service. No modifications to event 5 days prior to event
We request a 50% deposit of the projected sales when agreement is signed. Any cancelations within 7 days of the event forfeits your deposit
Final payment is due in full within 72 hours prior to the event.
Gratuity and Sales Tax
Our policy requires a service charge and applicable state sales tax on all food and/or beverages purchased.
In addition to prices shown on the menu, there is a sales tax added to all bills. Pricing is subject to change.
If planning to use a major credit card for payment, we require the card be processed at time of agreement signing and before the event. Credit card deposits incur an additional 5% processing fee.
